中考体育立定跳远注意这些常犯错误!
中考体育中,立定跳远算是一个难度不小的项目,立定跳远的成绩直接反映出个人的身体素质。很多学生在立定跳远中常常会犯一些错误,这些错误不仅会影响成绩,还可能对身体造成伤害。我们就来一起了解一下立定跳远中的常犯错误及纠正方法。
比较容易且经常犯的错误
1、预摆不协调
预摆是立定跳远的最基础动作,但很多学生在预摆时动作不协调,出现手臂摆动与腿部屈伸不同步的情况。这样会导致起跳时力量分散,无法充分发挥出爆发力。
纠正:
原地进行预摆练习时,要注意手臂摆动与腿部屈伸的配合。可以先进行慢动作的预摆练习,感受手臂和腿部的协调动作。然后逐渐加快预摆速度,提高协调性。同时也要提高手臂的力量。
2、起跳角度不合理
起跳角度对跳远成绩有着至关重要的影响。有些学生起跳角度过大,身体过于前倾,导致落地过早;而有些学生起跳角度过小,身体向上的力量不足,跳得不远。
纠正:
在练习起跳时,可以在地上画一条起跳线,然后站在起跳线后,尝试不同的起跳角度,找到最适合自己的角度。也可以通过练习高抬腿、后蹬跑等动作,增强腿部力量,提高起跳角度的控制能力。还可以跳障碍物,通过调整障碍物的高低,来调整起跳角度。
3、空中动作不规范
在空中,学生应该保持身体伸展,双腿尽量向前伸展。但很多学生在空中时身体蜷缩,双腿弯曲过早,影响了跳远的距离。
纠正:
加强腰腹的力量,这样能提高对身体的控制能力,可以进行如仰卧起坐、平板支撑等辅助练习。原地做收腹跳或抱膝跳的辅助练习,提高腿部收缩的能力。
4、落地不稳
落地时,学生应该保持身体平衡,双脚同时落地。但有些学生落地时身体前倾或后仰,单脚落地,不仅影响成绩,还容易受伤。
纠正:
落地时,要保持身体平衡,双脚同时落地。可以进行一些落地练习,如从高处跳下,练习落地的稳定性。同时,要注意落地时的缓冲,避免受伤。
